1. Big Island Brewery LLC, dba Hamakua Sports Bar (10:00 A.M.)
Pursuant to Rule 1 -16 of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor
Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of the County of Hawai'i,
State of Hawai'i, submits application to amend conditions placed on its liquor
license.
The following are the conditions imposed by the Liquor Commission at its
meeting held on May 7, 2009:
Sundays through Thursday — Close @ 10:00 PM.
2. Friday and Saturday — Close @ 12:00 Midnight.
3. No amplification.
4. Four times a year hours may be extended up until 2 AM with notification
to the Department of Liquor Control and recognized Protesters within
500 feet, at least two weeks prior to the event.
Licensee requests the following proposed amendments:
Lift condition 3 to allow amplification and karaoke for a 3 month
trial period.

Pursuant to Rule 1 -16 C and D, the commission may reject the application
when there is no new evidence to support the request or when the
application does not conform to the requirements of Rule 1 -16. Upon
acceptance of the application to amend a license or condition, the
Commission shall fix a day for public hearing and may set forth the
conditions of the notice and publication.
2. Kims Corp., dba Jimmy's Drive Inn, submits application for Change of
Classification of its Dispenser General, Category A, liquor license to
Restaurant General, Category A, liquor license.
3. Hamakua Country Club, Limited, dba Hamakua Country Club, Limited,
by Meeting Minutes dated October 21, 2010, informs the Liquor Commission
of the election of Mr. Roland Kaneshiro as Director of Hamakua Country
Club, Limited, effective October 21, 2010.
4. Shaka Kava LLC, dba Pahoa Village Cafe, ratification of Application for
Reduction in Licensed Premises of its existing kitchen, approved by Director
Janice Pakele on December 15, 2010.
5. G & S Saturnio LLC, dba 100% Moxie, ratification of Application for
Reduction in Licensed Premises of kitchen, approved by Director Gerald
Takase on January 20, 2011.
6. K. Takata Store, Inc., dba K. Takata Store, by letter dated January 13,
2011 informs the Liquor Commission of the election of Shiro Takata as
Secretary and Teri Takata as Assistant Secretary of K. Takata Store, Inc.,
effective December 31, 2011.
7. Pizzeria Zacchini, LLC, dba Pizzeria Zacchini, LLC, informs the Liquor
Commission of the withdrawal of Member, Barbara Zacchini and the
admission of new Member, Kristie Arnett, Trustee, of Pizzeria Zacchini, LLC;
and requests approval.
8. Thomas T. Kadota, Ltd., dba Kadota Liquors, by letter dated January 24,
2011 informs the Liquor Commission of the election of Dale M. Kadota as
President and Secretary; Roy H. Kadota as Vice President; and Thomas Y.
Kadota as Treasurer of Thomas T. Kadota, Ltd., effective January 24, 2011.
9. Special Licenses issued for ratification.
a. Application No. SP- 10 -26, Fraternal Order of Eagles, dba Fraternal
Order of Eagles, for a Special Beer and Wine liquor license, located
at 16 -111 Opukahaia Street, Keaau, Hawai'i, on January 7, 147 2011.
b. Application No. SP- 10 -27, North Hawai'i Hospice, Inc., dba North
Hawai'i Hospice, Inc., for a Special Beer and Wine liquor license,
located at 65 -1328 Kawaihae Road, Kamuela, Hawai'i, on February 12,
2011.
10. Transient Vessel Licenses issued for ratification.
a. Application No. TV- 10 -26, Waldron Norton Lilly International LLC,
dba MS Deutschland, for a Transient Vessel liquor license in port Hilo,
Hawai'i, on January 16, 2011.
