Applicants must register on the Euna Grants Portal. After clicking the portal link, select Log in. 2. Enter your preferred email, a password of your choice, and select Register. 2 3. Login with your credentials and your screen will show your name in the upper right corner. Click Apply to begin your application. 4. This is the first part of the application process. The first two check-marked application sections—Opportunity Details, and Evaluation & Scoring—are informational sections only. The third section—Project Information—is the start of your application. Important: The “Application Name” field is the name of your business. Enter all required information which is indicated with an asterisk (*). 3 • If you are satisfied with your entries, you may select Mark as Complete. • Select Save to save your work (without marking as complete) and leave your application portal. • Select Save & Continue to save this section (without marking as complete) and continue with your application. The next section, after entering Project Information and selecting “Save & Continue”, is the Application Forms section. Note that the Project Information Circle is not marked with a checkmark as complete. There is no required order for completing each form. You may enter information in any order, just remember to keep saving your work. 6. The Business and Damage Information Form requests the following: Business contact information, voluntary demographic information, and the applicant’s NAICS. The top of the form asks for the grant request amount, and a brief narrative description of the damages that will be covered by the grant, and an explanation of how the funds will be used. 5 7. The Required Documentation Form is the area where the applicant must upload all of the required Business Documentation, Storm Impact Documentation, Financial Documentation, and Duplication of Benefits Documentation. 8. The Applicant Certification, Acknowledgement and Term of Use Agreement must be signed, dated, and submitted through the portal. 6 9. The following screenshot is the display that applicants will see after completing all sections and forms of the application and marking each as complete. 10.
