uptotwenty(20)additionalyears.AnyextensiontothelifeofthisSpecialPermitbeyondthecurrentauthorized
quarryleaseextensionoramendmentshallrequiretheapprovalofthePlanningCommissionandStateLand
UseCommission.

Kat,
Please see aƩached figure. The area of the proposed expansion was invesƟgated during
a previous RI and no muniƟons or muniƟons debris was encountered in the area. That
said we would sƟll like to provide 3Rs training to the geothechical company prior to
installing the borings.
If you could give us a point of contact we will reach out to confirm start date and
schedule 3Rs.
