Mr. Darrow is the Planning Director who issued the May 13, 2026 determination that the appropriate setback in the FA
Zoning District should be 30 feet.
Please submit this form and the original subpoenas to Planning Board of Appeals no later than

subpoenas upon witnesses. Personal service upon witnesses must be made no later than forty-
