Aloha Chairman Au,
We are a surrounding landowner near Kona Aerial Gymnastic Team, and we are
writing in support of their request to amend Special Permit No. 21-000227,
extending Condition No. 6 by 12 months to secure and finalize their building
permits.
Kona Aerials gives kids in our community a real place to build strength,
confidence, and discipline. Programs like this aren't easy to come by, and I've
seen what it means to the families who rely on it.
We know the operators are working hard to get their permits finalized, and we
believe they simply need more time to finish it right. We ask the Commission to
grant the extension so they can continue serving Kona's kids.
