Subject! Support for Public Transportatwn within Waikstoa Village

Aloha Lloyd Matsubara,
I am writing in support of the idea of having local public bus service within Waikoloa ViUage. I have
been a homeowner in the ViUage since March 2023, and beHeve this is a service that is very much
needed. Both younger and older residents would benefit from the ability to get around to local stores,
PO, banks (and perhaps other locations) if this service is available.
And, given recent commercial development m the area, and other planned development (hotel,
library, etc.), there would seem to be an existing natural market for such a service. Routes should
include, at least the Highlands and Plaza shopping areas and the WVA Community Room swimming
and tennis areas-
Mahalo nui loa for your consideration.
