APPLICANT’S REQUEST:
•The applicants reside on the subject property in the additional farm
dwelling and are requesting a Special Permit to establish a 5-
bedroom bed and breakfast (B&B) operation within the first farm
dwelling and massage services. The proposed B&B will
accommodate a maximum of ten (10) guests.
APPLICANT’S REASON FOR REQUEST:
•According to the applicants, they would like to establish a bed and
breakfast and massage services to generate supplemental income
by offering rooms to short-term guests while sharing the unique
environment of the area with visitors. The revenue generated by
the operation will be used to maintain the property and continue to
cultivate their agricultural vision for the property.
