("Appellee") and Patrick K. Wong, Esq., Attorney for Appellant I`O PROCESSING COMPANY,
INC., dba I`O PROCESSING COMPANY ("Appellant") jointly requested a six (6) month
continuance in this matter, currently scheduled for September 11, 2026. Chair Lewis granted the
parties' request for a continuance. PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals Rule 3-1(c), the
chairperson of the Board may postpone or continue any hearing.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday, March 12, 2027, at 9:30
a.m., at the Hilo County Council Chambers, Suite 1401, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii
96720.
Appellant is ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons required to be
notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d).
