Kimo Alameda, Ph.D. Mayor AGENDA CULTURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matters to be considered by the Hawai‘i County Cultural Resources Commission (CRC) in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 91 and 92, Hawai‘i Revised Statutes and Chapter 2, Article 44 of the Hawai‘i County Code. NOTE: Pursuant to Act 220, Session Laws of Hawai‘i 2021, which amended the Sunshine Law to allow meetings to be remotely conducted online, effective January 1, 2022, the Cultural Resources Commission meetings will be held online, and the location listed below for the public to provide testimony on agenda items. The meeting can be viewed live online or at the location listed below. DATE: Wednesday, September 9, 2026 TIME: 10:00 AM LOCATION: Hilo Planning Department Conference Room 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 3, Hilo, HI 96720 INTERACTIVE CONFERENCE TECHNOLOGY (ICT): Cultural Resources Commission Members and applicants may participate in this meeting either via the Zoom interactive video conference platform or by attending the meeting in person. Testimony may be given upon registering via the Zoom link, or at the in-person location provided. Minutes of the Cultural Resources Commission meeting will be transcribed and posted on the Planning Department’s website. If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai‘i County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist [Article 15, Section 2-91.3 (b), Hawai‘i County Code].
