Because of her expertise in both real property and business valuation, she is able to effectively assist clients with their estate planning and gifting decisions, tax reporting, acquisitions and mergers, stock transfers and redemptions, and purchase price allocations. Shelly's real estate valuations include resort, commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural, and conservation properties on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii. Assignments have included appraisals of conservation and right-of-way easements, hospitals, and other complex or limited-market properties, as well as market assessments, feasibility analyses, and fiscal and economic impact studies for a variety of projects including senior living facilities, hotels, shopping centers, residential subdivisions, and two master-planned communities on Oahu and Maui.
