Windward Planning Commission Chair and members,
Thank you to whomever had the clear insight to write this bill banning data centers from ever being built on our
island.
Data centers would be a disaster given our precious and limited clean water supply and expensive power costs from
using imported fossil fuels.
This bill would prevent money-hungry politicians from selling out our ʻāina to the highest bidder.
A better choice if we ever face budget shortfalls would be to cut spending.
