Aloha Windward Planning Commission,
I support Bill 170 with the an inclusive definition of "hyperscale data centers".
I request that Hawaii County (and the State of Hawaii) ban hyperscale data centers.
Our island cannot support hyperscale data centers. The risk and cost are too great.
