Subject: Empey flooding
All the dirt and rocks on the flow path of the water was put there by Stanley to try
and divert the water took keep it on my property, instead of flowing down the
natural path that it went. The tree was on my neighbors property above Stanley's
property. The rock wall it broke through grass been there for 50-ish years to define
the property lines. The flood tore right through it. Stanley wants a rocks built
strong enough to keep all the flood waters on my property which would actually
divert its natural flow.
