Aloha,
I am a resident of Hawaii island. This testimony is regarding bill 170. I understand the bill
proposes to update the statutory definition of data processing facilities and establish a new legal definition and land-use zoning framework for commercial centers operating on Hawaii
Island. However, I oppose any new data centers on Hawaii island.
