I support the purpose of Bill 170 saying we need to define Data Centers and not have them as a permitted use in
Hawaii County.
Please make an amendment to create your definition of a Data Center vs. a Data processing Center.
Until Data Centers are defined, please do not accept the Planning Dept.’s recommendation regarding them.
