Aloha,
Regarding Bill 170, I am asking the Leeward Planning Commission to REJECT the current
planning department’s recommendation regarding Data Centers.
These regulations around Data Centers are premature as we are still working on
defining what the regulations should be.
I do support the purpose of Bill 170 to define what Data Centers are and Control their impact on our communities.
We are a small piece of land in a large ocean and we need to conserve our resources for our communities.
