Aloha Commissioners,
Please try to develop a corporation-proof measure to ban AI data centers. Perhaps the County should hire a lawyer with expertise in this area to assist.
Please also forbid County employees from signing non-disclosure agreements with entities planning data centers on our island. These agreements have resulted in US neighborhoods
being blindsided by new data centers that government workers never told them about. mahalo,
