Aloha, my name is Bryan Young and I am submitting written testimony supporting Bill 170.
I support the intent of Bill 170 section 1 to update the definition of a data center which
differs from a data processing center that aids in our telecommunications infrastructure (internet providers, cell phones etc). I do think a more
descriptive definition is needed for data centers to not allow individuals or corporations to get around possible loose wording.
Lastly, I reject the Planning Department's premature and incomplete recommendations for data
centers.
