of Hawaii in accordance with the provisions of Article 10, of the Hawaii County Code.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1.Report on the Planning Committee and County Council action on Bill Nos. 134 (Valencia
Orange), 135 (Ohe) and 136 (Kokio) S. Stanbro and J. Anderson.
2.Sample Tree Signs, including the mock-up for the Moreton Bay Fig Chair Bisel.
3.Tree Signs for the Mango Groves.
4.Status on the proposal to submit Grant Requests to Kaulunani Council M. Kraus.
5.Status on the Exceptional Tree Assessment Protocol J. Anderson/M. Kraus.
NEW BUSINESS
1.Request from the Legislative Auditors office to consider rearranging the list of the
exceptional trees to facilitate amendments.

Information related to the above matters is on file in the office of the Planning
Department in the Aupuni Center, 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 3, Hilo, Hawaii, and in the Planning
Departments West Hawaii Office at 75-5706 Kuakini Highway, Suite l09, in Kailua-Kona,
Hawaii, and is open to inspection during office hours.
Any disabled person requiring special assistance or person requiring auxiliary aid and/or
services to participate in the hearing should contact the Planning Department at 961-8288 five
(5) working days prior to the hearing so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days
of becoming a lobbyist. {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code} A lobbyist
means,anyindividualengagedforpayorotherconsiderationwhospendsmorethanfivehours
in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence
legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with
public officials. {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a)(6), Hawaii County Code} Registration forms
