Bill 170 would make clear that industrial-scale data centers are NOT permitted use under the existing zoning code. And we aim to KEEP the existing zoning code to maintain our island life.
As with the Big Island General Plan being tweaked with verbage that caters to Big Corporations, that needs to be Corrected AGAIN. Both County & State "Gov" seem to cater to Big Corp Big Tech, which says you are receiving bribe money.
