To the Windward Planning Commission,
I am writing to ask that you support Hawai'i Island Bill 170, which clarifies that industrial-scale data centers are NOT permitted use under the existing zoning code.
Our freshwater resources and the ‘āina itself are both way too precious.
AdditionalIy, I would like to express my gratitude to Councilmember Heather Kimball for introducing this bill.
