The records necessary for us to file this appeal are unavailable. We expect to add
further concerns after Planning supplies the records, namely the final plan
approval, PL-PLA-2024-000347 dated December 16, 2024.. Cory Harden of Sierra
Club visited the Planning Department and asked for these records on August 10,
2026. Planning staff said the records had not been uploaded to EPIC and
recommended e-mailing a request, which Cory did that day. Staff said Planning
would need two weeks to respond.
