•Establish a one-bedroom bed and breakfast operation within an
existing detached bedroom of a three-bedroom dwelling, on a
1.44-acre parcel.
•An on-site operator (owner) will occupy a bedroom within the
main dwelling structure.
•There will be no events, parties, or amplified outdoor activities.
•The proposed B&B operation is intended to provide a small-
