Aloha,
It is with deep sentiment for the land of Hawaii that I write this letter today. Given the current
research showing data centers depleting natural resources, destroying flora and fauna, and creating noise pollution which harms all in the area, I am against any re-zoning of land with
the intent to build, house, or support any data centers.
I am an educator in the state of Hawaii and a proponent of maintaining the aina in an attempt to better support the people of Hawaii. Please do not succumb to the idea that money from a
data center will help the people. Destroying the land’s natural resources will not benefit the people of Hawaii. Please do the right thing and keep Hawaii safe from any attempt to build a
facility so harmful.
