Mahalo for your request and the accompanying materials regarding Bill No. 170.
The Department of Public Works supports Bill No. 170 as drafted. Should the bill be
adopted, DPW will continue to coordinate with the Planning Department to ensure that
building-permit applications are reviewed consistent with the County's zoning
requirements.
