My name is Kauʻi Young and I urge the Leeward Planning Commission to: -recommend Bill 170 favorably and
-recommend a strengthened definition of data centers, a definition built on actual equipment and resource use.
To keep the societal threat of data centers at bay, we absolutely need to regulate data centers in
our communities, and such regulation requires a clear and comprehensive definition.
