Hi I’m writing today to ask that you folks Recommend bill 170 favorably and create a strengthened definition of
what a data center is considered in Hawaii. Data centers across the United States are continually poisoning water, air
and creating unlivable conditions for people who live near them while raising energy prices everyone.
Do not let Hawaii island become the next place to be poisoned and displace more people.
