Aloha Kakou,
My name is Aiyana, I am a resident of Kona, Moku o Keawe. I am asking the commission to
recommend Bill 170 favorably and to recommend a strengthened definition of data centers. A definition that clearly outlines actual equipment and resource use that will impact our moku
and inevitably all of the pae 'Δ€ina. Please listen to the concerns of the people, the residents who will be impacted by the data centers by way of our daily life, access to already finite
resources, cost of living, and the extremely vulnerable native and endemic ecosystems. There is a lot to be taken into consideration when thinking about implementing such large
construction on our islands, please be responsible with your decisions. We need you all to uphold regulation, transparency, and accountability.
