Applicant’s Request
•The Applicant is requesting a 3-bedroom Bed and
Breakfast Special Permit to operate within an existing
permitted farm dwelling containing 4 bedrooms, 2½
bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room, with
accommodations for a maximum of eight (8) guests.
•The Applicant’s Uncle resides on the property full-time
and acts as the host of the bed and breakfast
operation.
Reason for Request
The requested Special Permit would allow the
property owner to generate supplemental income to
support the continued care and preservation of the
property as an owner-occupied farm dwelling,
without changing its primary residential and
agricultural character.
