ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE OF HEARING
At the time of the October 9, 2026, Board of Appeals hearing, the Board had not received
a filing of the notice of hearing pursuant to Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d) for this case.
PURSUANT to Board of Appeals Rule 3-1(c), the chairperson of the Board may postpone or
continue any hearing. The Chairperson is granting a continuance of the hearing to provide the
Appellant an opportunity to comply with Board of Appeals Rule 8-1l(d).
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday, November 13, 2026, at 9:30
a.m., at the Waiakea Uka Community Center, 1200 Ainaola Drive, Hilo, Hawaii 96720.
Appellant is further ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons
required to be notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d). If the Board is unable
to hold the contested hearing on November 13, 2026, Appellant shall re -issue the required notice
for any subsequent date in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d).
