This is re. my August 18, 2026 appeal and September 22, 2026 amended appeal re. Final Plan Approval
PL-PLA-2024-000347 for TM (3) 2-7-033:019.
Please let me know if the following is correct. It is based on Cory Harden's conversation with you at
Planning Department on October 12, 2026.
The hearing on Friday, November 13, 2026, at 9:30 a.m at the Waiakea Uka Community Center, 1200
Ainaola Drive, will be brief, since my appeal has been labelled "defective". I will be allowed about five
minutes to make a statement. Then the Board of Appeals will either decline to consider the substance of
my appeal, or plan to consider the substance at a future hearing.
These processes described in the Rules of Practice and Procedures will not be followed on November 13:
Calling of witnesses
3-3 Prehearing conference
3-8 Cross -Examination
3-9 Requests for Subpoenas
3-13 Evidence
3-14 Briefs
3-16 Presentation of Evidence
