Aloha Board of Appeals,
The hearing for the above referenced appeal is set for September 12, 2025.
1 am requesting a continuance of the hearing because I will be out of the office on that date.
am available October, November, & December, 2025.
(FYI: it is my understanding that the Planning Department will not be available on 09/12/25, and that Jean
may be asking for a continuance of the Planning appeal).

Yes thank you, I will confirm that the Planning Director and Deputy Planning Director will be at the HSAC
conference on September 12th and thus unavailable for any hearings scheduled for that date.
