91.1(d), Hawai`i County Code, where the individuals involved requested review in
regular session, of:

Further discussion regarding the submission of financial disclosures.
Review of the complete listings for Boards and Commissions reflecting the members
filing to 2-91.1(d), Hawai`i County Code, submission of Financial Disclosures to
the Board of Ethics.
8.ANNOUNCEMENT
The next regular monthly meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 12, 2006, at
10:00 a.m. at County Council Conference Room.

NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS
If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk withinfivedays of becoming a
lobbyist (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code).
A lobbyist means any individual engaged for pay or other consideration whospends more than five hours
in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or
administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials. (Article 15,
Section 2-91.3(a)(6), Hawaii County Code.)
