a.Petition No. 2005-05: Review of Informal Advisory Opinion on
DavidKimoFrankelspetitionregardingCouncilMemberJamesArakakisreceipt
of gifts to his legal defense fund.
b.Petition No. 2005-06: Review of Informal Advisory Opinion on
DavidKimoFrankelspetitionseekingadecisionregardinginterpretationofthe
law as it relates to financial disclosure forms, informing the public and
governmentofficialsoftheinterpretation,andbetterguidanceontheforms.
c.Petition No. 2005-07: Review of Informal Advisory Opinion on
David Kimo Frankels petition seeking implementation and enforcement of
Section 2-91.3 of the Hawaii County Code pertaining to the registration of
lobbyists.
7.EXECUTIVE SESSION
a.Review of Disclosure of Financial Interest statements filed pursuant
to 2-91.1(d), Hawai`i County Code, where personal matters will be reviewed,
and who requested review in executive session, of:
