c) Comm. No. 2004-3, letter dated January 4, 2004 to Leroy Victorine from
Mr. Thomas Russi and Ms. Christine Paul re December 24, 2003 let
Ombudsman withdrawing complaint concerning the Board of Ethics, County of
HawaiÒi.
5. NEW BUSINESS
Petition No. 2003-09-Andrew Levin request informal advisory opinion regarding
whether it is permissible to distribute AT&T cellular phone flyers through
County department heads or in any other manner.
6.ANNOUNCEMENTS
The next regular monthly meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, 2004,
at 10:00 oÓclock a.m. at a location yet to be determined.
