Petition No. 2010-08: Employee’s request for an informal advisory opinion on <br />whether she may work part-time as a marriage and family therapist in private practice. <br />b. Petition No. 2010-09: Initial review of petition alleging that an officer and officer’s <br />aide improperly used County property and equipment for personal or campaign <br />purposes and improperly engaged in a personal or business relationship as supervisor <br />and subordinate. <br />6.UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />a. Review draft order dismissing Petition No. 2010-06, which alleged that the Board, or <br />its members, had a conflict of interest in its handling of a petition. <br />b. Review draft informal advisory opinion for Petition No. 2010-07, regarding whether <br />an employee may work part-time as a security guard at a transfer station while also <br />employed as an account clerk with the Department of Environmental Management. <br />7.EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />With reference to the agenda items listed below, one or more executive meetings are <br />anticipated.
