Included <br />Beth Dykstra from Research and Development to showhow our public survey <br />could be linked to grant seeking. Created survey draft to assess public need and <br />new program ideas. Questions regarding adapted programming and accessibility <br />are included. <br />Registration for Winter-Intersession has begun in districts with year round school <br />schedules. <br />Reviewing a comprehensive Bully Prevention Program with theHawaii Island <br />Anti Bullying Coalition. <br />Researching new games and Edible Art cooking projects <br />Aquatics: <br />Aquatics Staff training <br />Policy ideas/ DRAFTS <br />I. Group Use and Personal Assistant registration: Programs VS Free Public <br />Swim <br />II. Family changing roomsunisex changing rooms <br />III. Floatation devices <br />IV. Swim diapers Resources <br />Announcements: <br />Councilman Pete Hoffman for Kohala asked P&R director about <br />community needs. Funds were provided to create a new 1/2 time <br />position for the Kamehameha Park Gym. <br />
