Newland moved to approve the agenda as submitted. D. Davis s <br />The motion was passed. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />M. Andrews moved to approve the January 17, 2003 minutes. P. Newland seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />The treasurer's report was circulated. <br />D. Davis moved to accept the treasurer's report. M. Andrews seconded the motion. <br />C. Hara stated that upcoming expenses include the First Female Booklet and travel to <br />Oahu for the Hawaii State Commission on the Status of Women (HSCSW) meeting. The <br />motion was passed. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None. <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br />A. Thank you letter from State Representative Jon Riki Karamatsu <br /> <br />
