Comm. No. 2006-08: Memorandum dated March 1, 2006, from Constance Kiriu to the Cost of Government Commission re: Office of the County Clerk- Council Status Report. f. Comm. No. 2006-09: Department of Finance Status Report dated February 24, 2006, to the Status Recommendations contained in the Cost of Government Commission Report dated February 20, 2003. g. Comm. No. 2006-010: Fire Department Status Report to the Cost of Government Commission Recommendations. h. Comm. No. 2006-011: Memorandum dated March 1, 2006, to Dixie Kaetsu from Edwin S. NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code).
