APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 21, 2006, MEETING <br />Motion and Vote: Mr. Joseph moved to accept and file the minutes, Ms. Provalenko <br />seconded the motion, and all members voted aye to accept and file the minutes of September 21, <br />2006. <br />3. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />No members of the public were present. <br />4. APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM AND /OR SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA <br />There was no addendum or supplemental agenda. <br />Ms. Garson informed the commissioners that Clayton Yugawa, the Director of the Data <br />Systems Department, had conveyed that he was running late. The Chair therefore advanced to <br />agenda item 9, while waiting for the presenters from the Data Systems and the Finance <br />Department to appear. <br />
