Stremski, Commissioner <br />Dix] e Kaetsu, Ex Officio Commissioner <br />Others present: Katherine A. Garson, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />Mary Crosson, Secretary <br />Nancy Crawford, Deputy Director, Finance Department <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />The Chair called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM MARCH 2, 2006, MEETING <br />The Chair asked if there were any additions or corrections to the minutes. Ms. Stremski <br />moved to approve the minutes, Mr. Sakaguchi seconded the motion, and all members <br />voted aye to approve the minutes of March 2, 2006. <br />3. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />No members of the public were present. However, two written communications from the <br />public were reviewed: <br />a. Comm. No. 2006 -04: Letter to Francis Akamine from Mayor Kim, with Francis <br />Akamine's February 16, 2006, letter attached regarding the Department of Water <br />Supply's unnecessary enclosure of return envelopes for payment with customers <br />who have automatic bill payment. <br />
