BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RELATED APPROVALS. <br />Page 7-25:Delete <br />It is not appropriate for the Commission to have automatic approval as it is acting as an <br />Appeals Board. <br />Riley Smith made a motion to approve the deletion of the existing Rules and the adoption of <br />the Rules as circulated. Carolyn Witcher seconded the motion. <br />Frankel made a motion to amend the Rules deleting Part 8 and correcting “the” to “The” in <br />the second line of PART 1. GENERAL RULES, 1-5 Meetings. (i)(2) on page 7-5. Smith <br />seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. <br />The Commission members voted unanimously to approve the deletion of the existing Rules <br />and adoption of the Rules as amended. <br />Chair Ono announced that, with the exception of the formal Administrative approval, the Rules of <br />Practice and Procedure are adopted as amended today. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />10. <br />Public Meeting adjourned at 9:25 a.m. <br />Minutes Respectfully Submitted by: <br />SHARRON HENRY <br />Environmental Management Secretary <br />
