• Peter Simmons, Land Asset Division of the Kamehameha Schools, will
speak to the Commission regarding lands owned by Kamehameha
Schools
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.

CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairman to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the commission.
RULES & PROCEDURE COMMITTEE REPORT
The Commission will discuss the [PROPOSED] RULES OF PRACTICE AND
PROCEDURE OF THE HAWAI ' I COUNTY PUBLIC ACCESS, OPEN SPACE AND
NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION COMMISSION.
RECOMMENDATION: The Committee on Rules & Procedures recommends
that the Commission approve the Proposed Rules of Practice and
Procedure.
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA COMMITTEE REPORT
• The Commission will discuss the criteria sheet "Lands /Entitlements
Category Descriptions" and related materials
• Practice applying the criteria sheet on sample properties and distribute
the completed intake survey forms
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
• The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 27, 2006 at
10:00 a.m. at the Department of Liquor Control, Conference Room,
