I CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT Chairman to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of concern to the commission. RULES & PROCEDURE COMMITTEE REPORT The Commission will discuss the [PROPOSED] RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE OF THE HAWAI ' I COUNTY PUBLIC ACCESS, OPEN SPACE AND NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION COMMISSION. RECOMMENDATION: The Committee on Rules & Procedures recommends that the Commission approve the Proposed Rules of Practice and Procedure. ASSESSMENT CRITERIA COMMITTEE REPORT • The Commission will discuss the criteria sheet "Lands /Entitlements Category Descriptions" and related materials • Practice applying the criteria sheet on sample properties and distribute the completed intake survey forms ANNOUNCEMENTS: • The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 27, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Department of Liquor Control, Conference Room, Hilo Lagoon Centre, 101 Aupuni Street, Suite 230, Hilo, Hawaii 96720 • Set Agenda for Monday, February 27, 2006 ADJOURNMENT NOTE: If you require an accommodation or auxiliary aid and /or services to participate in this meeting (i.e., sign language interpreter, large print, etc.) please call 961 -8297.
