CALL TO ORDER
STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS
APPROVAL OF MINUTES -- Minutes of February 21, 2006 and
February 27, 2006, regular session meetings.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
Communication No. 06- 079 — Facsimile received on February 27, 2006, from
Molly Frankel thanking this Commission for hearing the testimony presented on
Keamuku.
Communication No. 06- 080 — Completed survey form received from Douglas
Blake on February 16, 2006 re: Kapaloa Coast at Border of North Kona and
South Kohala.
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.

CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
• Chairperson to provide information on intake survey forms (2006
Suggestions for Priority Sites and Projects) received after the deadline of
February 10, 2006, and the on -going process as this Commission
continues to receive the intake survey form.
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters
of concern to the commission.
NEW BUSINESS
Commissioner Kenneth Kaneshiro to provide this Commission with a
report of intake forms received and sorted.
This commission will process the intake survey forms by using the criteria
and categories developed by the committee and applying the 2006
Assessment Criteria Form.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 13, 2006 at 10:00 a.m.
at the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room, Hilo Lagoon
Centre, 101 Aupuni Street, Suite 230, Hilo, Hawaii 96720.
