APPROVAL OF MINUTES -- Minutes of March 6, 2006, regular
session meeting.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
Communication No. 06- 081 — Facsimile received on February 21, 2006, from
Bruce Raye regarding Communication No. 06 -036 which was placed on the
February 21, 2006 agenda.
Communication No. 06- 082 — Completed survey form received from Richard
Stevens on February 21, 2006 re: Puhi a Pele and Associated, Lava /Dryland
Forest Remnant.
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the commission.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
This commission will process the intake survey forms by using the criteria
and categories developed by the committee and applying the 2006
Assessment Criteria form.
