APPROVAL OF MINUTES -- Minutes of March 13, 2006, regular
session meeting.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
Communication No. 06- 083 — Completed survey form received from Kim Garcia
on March 10, 2006 re: establish and maintain public access walkways along AM
Drive to the ocean.
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the commission.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
This commission will process the intake survey forms by using the criteria
and categories developed by the committee and applying the 2006
Assessment Criteria form.
NEW BUSINESS:
• Begin evaluation and prioritizing of proposed lands.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 23, 2006 at
9:00 a.m. at the Office of the Corporation Counsel, Conference Room,
101 Aupuni Street, Suite 325, Hilo, Hawaii 96720.
