STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS
APPROVAL OF MINUTES -- Minutes of March 31, 2006, regular
session meeting and April 3, 2006, reconvened
from March 31, 2006 meeting.
NEW BUSINESS:
• The Commission will discuss with Mayor Kim the report submitted
to Mayor Kim on April 5, 2006 and answer any questions Mayor
Kim may have regarding the report.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
• The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 8, 2006 at
10:00 a.m. at the Department of Liquor Control, Conference Room,
75 -5722 Hanama Place, Suite 1107, Kailua -Kona, Hawaii 96740.
• Set Agenda for Monday, May 8, 2006.

five hours in any month or $275 in any six -month period for the purpose of attempting
to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to
communicate with public officials." {Article 15, Section 2- 91.3(a)(6), Hawaii County
