DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer questions from the commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial matters. DEPARTMENT OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL The Commission's attorney will discuss the Commission's jurisdiction under its enabling Ordinance with regards to providing information to the local press. CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of concern to the commission. NEW BUSINESS • Prepare outline for soliciting input from the public for updating the list due December 31, 2006.
