Communication No. 06-124: Letter dated November 2, 2006 to Mr. John Katchmar from Lincoln Ashida, Corporation Counsel re: his letter dated October 28, 2008 Communication No. 06-125: Letter dated October 27, 2006 from Constance R. Kiriu re: Resolution 451 -06. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial matters. • Harry Yada, Property Manager under a Division of the Department of Finance will be introced and will answer any questions that the Commissioners may have. OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of concern to the commission. CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of concern to the commission. OLD BUSINESS: • Process and apply Assessment Criteria Sheet to complete intake survey forms received by September 5, 2006 along with reassessing the top twelve from 2006 submittal. • Discuss how report will be completed, including discuss drafting letter to accompany updated list. • Schedule a time line for 2007 year. 2 NEW BUSINESS: • Elections: The Commissioners will elect a new Chair and Vice Chair. ANNOUNCEMENTS: The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 1 1 , 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room, 101 Aupuni Street, Suite 230, Hilo, HI 96720. • Set Agenda for Monday, December 1 1 , 2006.
