CALL TO ORDER
STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS
APPROVAL OF MINUTES -- Minutes of November 13, 2006, regular
session meeting.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
Communication No. 06-126: Letter dated October 26, 2006 from Stacy Higa,
Chair of the Hawaii County Council to Mayor Harry Kim re: Resolution 452 -06.
Communication No. 06-127: Survey form received on November 8, 2006 from
David Finkelstein re: Waiele.
Communication No. 06-128: Letter dated November 28, 2006 from Lincoln
Ashida, Esq., to William Gilmartin re: confirmation to the Public Access, Open
Space and Natural Resources Preservation Commission.
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.

OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to provide comments and /or information
relating to matters of concern to the commission.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the commission.
OLD BUSINESS:
Process and apply Assessment Criteria Sheet to complete intake survey
forms received by September 5, 2006 along with reassessing the top
twelve from 2006 submittal.
Discuss how report will be completed, including drafting letter to
accompany updated list.
Schedule a time line for 2007 year.
NEW BUSINESS:
Discussion of assessment and criteria descriptions and land /entitlements
category descriptions review.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
• The next meeting date and location will be determined at a later date.
• Set Agenda for next meeting.
